Bellevue Hill Apartments

New apartments development - Development Application (DA) - Woollahra Council

These five storey luxury apartments in Bellevue Hill, capturing magnificent Sydney Harbour views, were a great opportunity for the team at Sydesign to create high end, opulent living for discerning clients.

These apartments were a great opportunity to feature new materials and finishes, incorporating high end fixtures and fittings to compliment the demands of luxury living.

Sydesign also played the principle role in the production of marketing images used to sell the apartments to potential buyers resulting in the sale of two of the three apartments prior to construction.

To this end marketing plans and high quality interior and exterior renderings were produced for placement in housing magazines and newspapers yielding a great result for the client.

The successful completion of this project required the wide range of Sydesign consulting and drafting services has on offer.

The project was carried out in multiple stages. From initial concept designs, Sydesign prepared detailed construction drawings and even more detailed interiors drawing.

Throughout this process Sydesign also lodged two section 96 applications to council for changes to the initial development application as new owners personalised the design and layout of each apartment to meet their individual needs.
