New two storey dwelling house - Complying Development Certificate (CDC) - Burwood Council
This new dwelling was designed for a young couple in Burwood. The challenge for the Sydesign team was to create a large contemporary family home on a small and narrow block.
The build included recycled brick and timber finishes to create a stream lined, modern finish.

Shady and the team were innovative, quirky, thought outside the box and displayed great attention to detail in designing our new home. As a young couple, we wanted to achieve a certain look and style that fit within our budget to build. The team was able to achieve that with a certain level of class. Not to mention that Shady is consistently following up certifiers and engineers to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and he is always available during building stage.
