Drummoyne Dual Occupancy
New dual-occupancy development - Development Application (DA) - City of Canada Bay Council
The main objective of this project was to design a luxury dual occupancy development in a prestigious street in Drummoyne which would be both suitable for modern day demands while being sympathetic to the surrounding neighbourhood and streetscape.
The design creatively uses modern and traditional detailing such as exposed brick against exquisite natural materials and boasting fine finishes throughout, without compromising a timeless aesthetic.
The house was set up to ensure a generous open plan design complementing a natural flow from indoor to outdoor living designed for use all year round.
The open plan design maximises the natural light, free flowing indoor/outdoor BBQ areas with auto electric awning perfect for year-round entertaining.

To achieve the desired result Sydesign had to maintain a high level of creativity while satisfying the legislative requirements of Canada Bay Council.
A close collaborative relationship was maintained between Sydesign, the external Consultants and the Builder throughout the documentation process to achieve the most favourable outcome.
