New dwelling house and pool - Development Application (DA) - Randwick City Council
The team at Sydesign created a modern family home in Sydney's East, within the Randwick Council precinct. From concept design to construction, this was a project that required an eye for detail throughout the entire process resulting in a magnificent, seamless union of indoor/outdoor living.
A key feature of the home is Sydesign's placement of an open riser staircase and creative interiors to present a modern beachside home.
The clean lines of this house design, along with the use of large stackable doors and glass voids blurs the transition between inside and outside areas.
